Your data is not used to train any model, ours or anyone else's. Third-party models run under zero-retention terms, and we will show you those terms.
Your own space, not a shared pool. In India, on a VPS you control, or entirely on your own servers when the requirement is strict.
A perpetual licence to your build. Leave whenever you like, take a full export, and we verify deletion on our side.
Aligned with the DPDP Act 2023. We say aligned rather than certified, because we hold no
audit yet and would rather tell you that than let you find out.
